Versatile & compact

Compact class

A single-operator serving unit for drinks and dessert, small enough to tow behind a normal vehicle and to park where larger units cannot.

About the compact class

A food trailer is a road trailer with a commercial kitchen inside it. So it has to satisfy vehicle approval to be registered and driven, and food hygiene regulation to trade from, and those are separate regimes with separate evidence.

Most of the cost decisions follow from the menu. A fryer and a griddle need extraction and fire suppression above them, and enough connected load that a single-phase supply usually will not carry the unit. A pizza oven adds a quarter of a tonne in one place and needs a floor designed for it. A coffee unit needs almost none of that and needs water treatment instead.

Each unit is built to a specification agreed with you, for the country it will be registered in, and quoted as one price, with delivery to your address and the approval work set out in the quotation.

The configurator is one route to a quotation, and a conversation is the other.
