Any applicable warranty and aftercare terms are confirmed in the written quotation before order. Read them before you order, exclusions included.
What the terms cover
Where terms apply, the quotation states
- Who is responsible, and under which country's law.
- What is covered, and for how long.
- The response standard, and what happens when it is missed.
- Spares: what is held, where, and lead time.
- Attendance for a unit that cannot be moved.
- Exclusions, stated before the sale rather than discovered after a failure.
Why it is written this way
A mobile kitchen that stops working stops earning that day. A warranty on one is only worth the mechanism behind it: spares, somebody who attends, and a written standard for how fast. Where terms apply they are written for your unit, because a generic warranty is a sentence with nothing behind it.
Separate from any of that are the duties the law puts on you once the unit is working, which no warranty covers and no supplier discharges. What the law asks of the unit after it is delivered sets out four of them, what each instrument says, and how often it says to do anything.
