The menu settles the equipment. The equipment settles extraction, power, cold storage and how much of the body is left to work in.

Welfare Units, Food Trailers & Sanitation
What you serve, how many people run it, the volume at peak, the market it will work in and the site it will stand on. Those five decide the unit, and the brief records them before anything is quoted.
Start with the work
Every unit begins with the job it has to do. Choose the operation and the brief starts with the questions that decide it, rather than with a model number.

04Provide proper facilities
Self contained washroom and shower units sized around users, the interval between services and the site they have to work on.

A food operation, a welfare unit and a washroom may all be towable, and that is where the similarity ends. The duty decides the body, the services, the equipment and the layout.

Defined bymenu·peak service·crew
The menu settles the equipment. The equipment settles extraction, power, cold storage and how much of the body is left to work in.

Defined byheadcount·shift·conditions
Crew size and the duty settle seating, drying, changing, water and heat, and whether those spaces are usefully separate from each other.

Defined byusers·service interval·water
Capacity is a servicing problem before it is a body length problem. Fresh water, waste, fixtures and access have to balance against each other.
Which is why a specification here starts at the brief rather than at a model number.
Equipment
Whatever you serve, the unit is specified around it: the hot line, the cold chain, the water, the extraction and the power to run all of it at once. Installed, tested, and documented before handover.

Why MODUWRIGHT
Most of what goes wrong with a mobile kitchen goes wrong on paper: an extraction hood too small for the menu, a supply that cannot carry the hot line, a floor never designed for the oven on it. We resolve that while it is still free to fix.
Then the approval route. A CE mark is not road approval, and the route into Germany is not the route into the Netherlands. We work the route for your country before you commit, and confirm it in writing.

What it serves, who runs it, the volume at peak, the market and the site. Written down and kept, so coming back does not mean starting again.
What may tow it, what the pitch supplies, what the market's approval route asks for. The ones that cannot be satisfied later are named first.
A specification against that brief, with what is fixed, what is open and what is still unknown marked as unknown.
What is in the offer and what is not, agreed in writing before an order, because the scope is the thing an acceptance is measured against.

A menu, or a crew and a shift pattern. Where it will work and what will tow it. That is enough to start, and a person replies by email with a configuration and the approval route for your country.
